Nutritionally we offer two approaches

Managing the effects or blunting the force involves reducing chronic inflammation and oxidative stress, detoxification, restoration of energy metabolism, and optimization of hormones. Again, all natural therapies are utilized.
These approaches may be employed singularly or in combination depending on how aggressive you want to get.

Diet, lifestyle, and the above therapies are important interventions for rejuvenation and regeneration. However; nothing is more important than the MIND when it comes to slowing down and reversing the processes of aging.
Much of what we perceive to be inevitable or normal with regard to aging is really the result of our beliefs and expectations. It is simply the result of what we have going on in our head that is dictating what we have going on in our body.
Our perceptions may not always be right, or to put it another way we may have believed a lie. Where our mind goes our body will soon follow. Think you are old and your body will readily accommodate. One example might be in believing because of age I cannot or should not be able to do something. Another example might be that we begin to believe we are finished and then pretend we are finished.
So how does this work? Our cells know if a structure is not being utilized. If it is not being used, it will dispense of it. The key to living long and living strong is to not buy the lie and change your life and health.
Beliefs can change rapidly. The only boundaries are the boundaries of our beliefs.
