It has been our experience that most clients can’t do everything. Even if you could, it would likely be overwhelming. So, initially suggest that you focus on what you can do now. We have found that by focusing on the basics of nutrition and lifestyle you will eliminate the majority of your initial health complaints and then you can turn your focus to addressing the few that remain.

Group Visit Add-On Packages

Group visits allow access to multiple disciplines and areas of expertise not available in the traditional office visit. A group visit provides for question and answer with the team of providers and health coaches and learning from the experience of others. Group visits are a great way to gain a sense of control in tackling the day to day challenges as well as developing support strategies.

Group sizes will vary, but are usually limited to 10 -15 individuals. Likewise the number of visits can vary with most being about four sessions.
