To order labs online you must register on the DirectLabs website.
You can also call direct labs at 1-800-908-0000 using the code THOPA.

Registration:
Above the blue menu bar at the top of the DirectLabs website on the right is a Register link, click onto that link.
Enter the required information for registration; click the big blue REGISTER button.

Order Test:
Once you are registered you can order labs. (If you don’t register, you can’t order test)
On the blue menu bar at the top of the DirectLabs website is an Order Tests link, click on that link.
The 6 test displayed are the most frequently requested test by Pathfinder Natural Health, if your test is one of these you can choose it from this list displayed. If you don’t see the test she has requested you can search for it alphabetically.
Add your test to your cart.
And complete the checkout process as directed on the website.

HIPAA Release:

·    In order for Pathfinder Natural Health to get your results you need to sign a release.This release can’t be signed until after you have placed your order.

While you are signed into your account, click the Your Account from the blue menu bar at the top of the DirectLabs website and select Orders.

At the bottom of the page in the Blue area there is a Quick Links section. Under that section select My HIPAA Release.

Please fill that release out as follows:
(Part of the form will auto-fill you just need to enter the following)

Check the box under Purpose of Release
Leave the expiration date as is and scroll down and click on submit.

IF THE HIPPA RELEASE IS NOT COMPLETED PATHFINDER NATURAL HEALTH WILL NOT GET THE TEST RESULTS!
